ON LINE ANALYSER AS 300: |
|
|

|
The FTIR
analyser provides the full suite of sample properties in less than 2 minutes from upstream crude-oil to refined products.
Main applications:
- Upstream Crude Oil: monitoring any properties such as Sulphur, Density and True Boiling Point, TAN, RVP...
- Crude distillation unit: quality predictions of the feed and products run down.
- Blended Gasoline and Diesel: MON/RON/CETANE etc...components and outlet grades properties are measured for blending processing and management of additive effect.
-Steam cracking: liquid feeds key properties are monitored on real time. For Naphtha feed, the model is able to output the PIONA; DHA; density, molecular weight, D86, coking Index , potential yields of Ethylene and propylene…

TURN-KEY SYSTEMS : |
 |
Analyser integration in zone 1or 2
pre-fabricated shelters or skid
mounted for site assembly.
Pressurised shelters for no internal flammable release, complying with IEC
60079-13 can be applied to the FTIR analyser for easier operation and
simplified hardware.
Opta-Periph ancillaries such as HVAC; Water chiller; Certification
cylinders; Sample recovery Unit and Filters and Coalescers or Centrifuge
are assembled in the systems.

AT LINE and OFF LINE ANALYSERS AS 200: |
|

|
Most usually dedicated to Crude-oil, Lube-oil
and Waxes, Bitumen and Residue, the At line FTIR analyser is a
semi-automatic system featuring a spot sample receiver locally loaded by
operator and sub-sampled on analyser.
For heavy products such as Bitumen and Waxes a Toluene dilution is
operated to authorise analysis at temperature of 35°C.
Usual properties
modelized are Penetration and Softening Point for Bitumen; Viscosity
Index; Pour Point; D2887; Carbon for Lube
and Melting Point and Penetration for waxes. |
